The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent bank to de-freeze the savings bank account with number 42610071277 and to allow the petitioner to operate the safe deposit locker no.9, both of which have been held with the 4th respondent herein.

2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle. Page No.2 of 4
