This petition is filed by the petitioner / appellant / owner of the vehicle seeking to condone the delay of 543 days in filing the above Appeal.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner / appellant. Despite serving notice on the first respondent and their name printed in the cause-list, there is no representation on behalf of them.
3. In view of the said submission, having regard to the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay of 543 days in filing the above Appeal is condoned subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner / appellant shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- as costs to the "Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai" on or before 29.11.2019 failing which this application shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
