This Criminal Original Petition has been filed challenging the criminal proceedings in C.C.No.4218 of 2021 on the file of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the State, submitted that, now the trial has commenced and P.W.1 has been examined and the accused has also crossexamined P.W.1, and the case is now posted before the trial Court for further examination of witnesses on 19.07.2023.
