ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to quash the order dated 26.08.2016 passed by the 1st Respondent.

2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is brought to the notice of this court by the learned Government Advocate for the Respondents as well as fairly by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has been transferred within the same city. The only request of the Petitioner is that since he is having a small child and if he is engaged in the field work, he will find it difficult to look after his family. What kind of work he should do cannot be decided by him and it is for the concerned authorities to decide the same. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, it is made clear that in this regard if https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

any request is made by the Petitioner, it will be considered sympathetically. It is needless to say that frequent transfer as apprehended by the Petitioner should be avoided. No costs. Consequently, the connected MPs are closed.
