On 06.07.2023, it was reported that the petitioner is dead. I granted three weeks time for taking steps to bring the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner on record. Subsequently, the learned counsel for the petitioner has been absent for the last three occasions. I have no other option to dismiss the revision. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
