Crl.M.P.No.15178 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.423 of 2021 P.N.PRAKASH, J and N.ANAND VENKATESH , J [Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] The earlier petition seeking suspension of sentence and bail, which was filed in Crl.M.P.No.9343 of 2021 was dismissed on merits, by order dated 10.12.2021. Thereafter, yet another petition was filed in Crl.M.P.No.2849 of 2022 and this Court dismissed the said petition by order dated 11.03.2022. This is the third bail petition filed seeking suspension of sentence.

2. We do not find any ground to entertain this petition. We have already directed the Registry to prepare the typed set of papers. Hence, it will be appropriate to hear the main criminal appeal itself. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. Post the main appeal along with the connected appeals.
