This application has been filed by the applicants / plaintiffs in the suit seeking to recall PW-2 and permit PW-2 to introduce three further documents as evidence. The three documents are PAN Card of the father of PW-2, Election Commission of India Identity Card again of the father of PW-2 and the Adhaar Card of PW-2.

2.It is stated by the learned counsel for the plaintiffs that these documents are required since during cross examination the identity of the witness was questioned. Copies of these documents had been forwarded to the learned counsel for the respondents and proof thereof has also been filed in the Court. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the respondents. 4.Taking all the factors into consideration, this application is allowed.
