PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 306, 34 of IPC in Crime No.186 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant had made a false complainant against the petitioner, petitioner's mother and brother that they had harassed the defacto complainant's daughter and bet her several times before her death. The defacto complainant's daughter was unhappy even after the marriage as her parents did not accept the marriage and so she was no able to go her parent's home and their parents did not come to the petitioner's brother's house. Hence this complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is still pending. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), investigation is at initial stage, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the petition seeking anticipatory bail is dismissed.
