These three applications have been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs, i) to condone the delay of 158 days in taking out the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st defendant namely Dr.Bhupendra Kumar R.Parikh ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st defendant and iii) to bring on record the proposed respondents 5 and 6 as defendants 6 and 7 being the legal heirs of the deceased 1st defendant in the above suit.

2. There is no representation for the respondents.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the applications, these three applications are allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
