2.In view of the law lay down by this Court in the case of 'S.C.Sekar Vs.Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Shareholders' Welfare Association'

reported in '2008 (5) CTC 769' and as confirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, holding that an appeal would be maintainable by a third party when the order passed adversely affects his rights, leave is granted.
