This application is filed to bring on record the sole legal heir of the deceased 1st defendant Mrs.Hima Bindu on record in the suit.

2. Mr.S.Venkatesan, learned counsel filed vakalat for the proposed 9th defendant namely Mrs.Hima Bindu and submitted that he has no objection for allowing this application. Others respondents also have not raised any objection.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and that impleadment of the proposed 9th defendant is necessary for proceeding further in this matter, this application is allowed.

4. Plaintiff is directed to take appropriate steps for amending the plaint.

5. Post the matter after two weeks.
