Respondents Prayer : Contempt petition has been filed under section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondent for willful and deliberate disobedience of the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.5622 of 2014 dated 18.09.2017 for flouting and disobeying the orders of this Court in accordance with law.

ORDER

The non compliance of the order dated 18.09.2017 in W.P.No.5622 of 2014 is the subject matter of the contempt petition. This Court by an instant order has passed the following direction.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the impugned order in C.No.D1/O/6613/2007:DOO/1027/2013 dated 28.11.2013 is set aside and the writ petition stands allowed.

The respondents are directed to pass consequential order regularising the period of non-employment of the petitioner as directed above and the order shall be passed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a coy of this order.

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

2. The learned Counsel for the respondent stated that the said order has been complied with by an order dated 17.09.2019 and placed the same on record.

3. The contempt petition stands closed. Notice stands discharged.
