ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the third respondent herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been constantly called for enquiry by the third respondent under the guise of enquiry and harassing the petitioner to settle the unreasonable demand of the counter https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complainant. Despite the petitioner sending legal notice to the respondents, not to misuse their power, the petitioner has been unnecessarily harassed by the third respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petition in C.No.773 of 2021 was received by the third respondent, based on which, the petitioner as well as the counter petitioner were called for enquiry on 04.10.2021 and finally, the petition has been closed. The enquiry report also produced stating that the petitioner is not needed for enquiry henceforth by the third respondent.

4. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
