These petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 106 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 3rd respondent T.Rangappan in the above S.A.No.174 of 2021 (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd respondent T.Rangappan in the above second appeal and (iii) to bring on record the respondents 3 to 9 herein as legal heirs of the deceased 3rd respondent T.Rangappan in the above second appeal as respondents 4 to 10.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, this Court is inclined to order these petitions.

3. Accordingly these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered. Registry is directed to incorporate the necessary amendment in the Second Appeal.
