PRAYER:
This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.08.2019 in accordance with law and direct the 5th respondent to give police protection enabling the petitioner to freely saw the seeds in her agricultural land and harvest the yield and to go to her land freely without any hindrances and disturbances of the 6th and 7th respondents by any one situated at T.Enthal Village, Thittakudi Taluk, Cuddalore District to secure the ends of justice.

ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.08.2019 in accordance with law and direct the 5th respondent to give police protection enabling the petitioner to freely saw the seeds in her agricultural land and harvest the yield and to go to her land freely without any hindrances and disturbances of the 6th and 7th respondents by any one situated at T.Enthal Village, Thittakudi Taluk, Cuddalore District, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 and the learned counsel for the respondents 6 and 7. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 13.08.2019 was enquired by the respondent Police on 13.08.2019 and the same was closed on the same day. Therefore, no complaint is pending on the file of the respondents.
4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 5, the writ petition is dismissed as no further order is necessary. No costs.
