2.Heard the learned Counsel for petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has got no objection in condoning the delay.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
