Today, when the matter came up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police on getting instructions from the Investigating Officer submits that investigation in Cr.No.178 of 2022 has been completed and charge sheet filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Thiruvannamalai on 18.03.2024. Hence, nothing survives in this petition.
