This application has been filed to declare the defendants 3,4,6 and 7 as majors in the said suit since they have attained majority.

A.No.4680 of 2023:

This Application has been filed to discharge the 2nd defendant from the guardianship of the minors 3 and 4 and 5th defendant from the guardianship of the minors 6 and 7 since they have attained majority.

2. Heard both sides. No objection from the respondents/defendants.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of both applications, these applications are allowed.

4.At request of the 8th defendant's counsel for filing counter in A.No.4674 of 2023, post on 22.09.2023.
