This petition has been filed seeking to fix a stipulated time frame for the expedite disposal of the trial in C.C No.10 of 2018 pending on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, Chennai.

2. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, Chennai to complete the trial in C.C.No.10 of 2018, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.
