This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court vide order dated 22.07.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.9657 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Already this Court on 22.07.2024 had modified the conditions imposed on the petitioner vide Crl.M.P.No.9657 and 2024. Now the petitioner again come forward with the second modification petition before this Court and there is no change in circumstances, hence, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for in this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
