This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner / appellant to report before the Special Court for cases under Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, at Chennai, at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of every English Calendar month until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.339 of 2023 dated 12.01.2023, pending on the file of this Court.

2. Dr.C.E.Pratap, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission of the learned prosecutor that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly, the condition imposed on the petitioner is hereby relaxed.
