The learned counsel for the revision petitioner seeks for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.380 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tirupur.

2. The suit has been filed for Declaration and for Permanent injunction. The pleadings have been completed as early as on November 2016. Written statement also seems to have been filed by the third respondent on 18.01.2018.

3. Therefore, a direction will be issued to the learned District Munsif, Tirupur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.380 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
