Geodis India Private Limited (formerly known as M/s.Geodis Overseas Private Limited) as respondent in C.A.No.224 of 2018 in C.P.No.255 of 2014, and (c) To pass such other order(s).

3. Considering the averments made in the accompanying Report filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, this Company Application is ordered as prayed for.
