The present Application has been filed to grant extention of time to the petitioner to execute the security bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- as directed by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 27.03.2025 in O.P.No.499 of 2024.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.3245 of 2025 in O.P.No.499 of 2024 is ordered as prayed for and time is extended to execute the security bond on or before 18.08.2025.
