Respondent Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the respondent to comply his order vide proceedings No.Tho.Mu.RTR/611/1237/2006-2007 dated 11.08.2006 to grant separate patta in the petitioner favour within a stipulated period.

ORDER

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

The Tahsildar, Hosur, the respondent herein, vide proceedings dated 11.08.2006 in Tho.Mu.RTR/611/1237/20062007, has ordered separate patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the land admeasuring to an extent of 00189 sq.m., comprised in S.No.435/1A in Town S.No.54, A Block No.8, Hosur. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that despite the said positive order, no steps have been taken to issue separate patta and hence, he came forward to file this writ petition.

Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation to the respondent praying for implementation of his own order dated 11.08.2006 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respondent, on receipt of the same, is directed to consider the said representation in accordance with law and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pass orders within a further period of four weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
