C.M.P.No.16416 of 2022 in W.A.844 of 2011 S.S.SUNDAR, J., and N.MALA, J., [Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] This petition is filed to substitute the petitioners / proposed appellants 2 to 4 1)Ravindrakumar, 2)Shantha Kumari Raj 3)Shyamkumar being the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant namely N.Adikesavan as appellants 2 to 4 in the above appeal.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection in allowing this petition.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
