When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent submitted that, no case is registered against the petitioner and petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.36 of 2024. He further submitted that the respondent police will complete the enquiry as early as possible.
