(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) Notice sent to the minor 3rd respondent has been returned as 'unclaimed'.

2.From the date of birth given in the written statement filed by the Guardian, it is seen that the 8th respondent has attained majority and she is almost 28 years now. Since notice sent to the 3rd respondent has been returned with an endorsement 'unclaimed' service to the 3rd respondent is deemed to be sufficient.

3.Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered and the 3rd respondent Minor Reshma is declared as Major and the Guardian is discharged.
