This writ petition is filed directing the the respondents to renew/reissue/issue the petitioners passport bearing No. T4307671 issued by the third respondent and issue to her a new Indian Passport.
2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the respondent has issued passport to the petitioner and hence relief sought for herein has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 2/4
3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed.
