This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the petitioners/proposed appellants 5 to 7 herein as legal representative of deceased 3rd appellant in the above appeal in A.S.No.890 of 2012.

2. Mrs.V.Srimathi, learned counsel for petitioners/appellants submitted that pending appeal, the 3rd appellant died on 16.09.2021. Hence, to implead his legal heirs, she has filed the above petition.

3. Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned counsel for 1st respondent, Ms.K.Abhirame, learned counsel for respondents 5 and 6 and Mr.B.S.Mitraneshaa, learned counsel for respondents 7 to 9 appeared and submitted that they have no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, the above petition is allowed. The proposed legal representative of the 3rd appellant are impleaded as appellants 5 to 7 in the above Appeal.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 27.09.2023. 24.08.2023 rpp https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
