ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 174 of Cr.P.C r/w 201 306 of IPC in Crime No.259 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner arrived as A5 alleged to have induced the deceased to commit suicide. The petitioner is sister of deceased, she is residing along with her husband at her matrimonial home and she taking treatment for her ill health and last one year she has not turned to her mother house. Hence this complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is still pending. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), investigation is at initial stage, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the petition seeking anticipatory bail is dismissed.
