Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to forbear from collecting the ad hoc compensation towards the estimated loss for the years 2005, 2006 and 2007 and the penalty from January 2007 based on the direction given by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.29791 of 2003, by its order dated 22.12.2006 from the petitioner which has closed down its operations in the year 2003 onwards and permit the petitioner to run the unit after the commissioning of the RO plant in Kunnangalpalayam CETP.
