Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the entire records connected with the order of the 2nd respondent herein in 349/BCDFGISSSV/2025 dated 14.06.2025 against the my son, Saravanan @ Saravanakumar, S/o.Sathiyaseelan aged 24 years, confined at Central Prison, Puzhal-II, Chennai and set aside the same, consequently, directing the respondents herein to produce the body and person of the detenue before this Honble Court and set him at liberty.

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) Mr.K.Tamilvanan, learned counsel on record for petitioner and Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents are before us.
2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings dated 25.07.2025 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.4513, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department.
3. In the light of the above submission, nothing survives in the above
habeas corpus petition.
4. Accordingly, recording the above said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
