Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider and dispose of the petitions representation dated 23.11.2011 addressed to the respondents 1 to 4 and consequently, forbear the respondents 1 to 4 from disbursing the amounts of gratuity, employees provident fund, leave salary, group insurance policy, death cum retirement benefit amounts and other miscellaneous post retirement benefits/payments to the 5th respondent pertaining to his employment with the respondents 1 to 4.

O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.G.Jeremiah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter has already been resolved before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

2. As seen from the Mediation Report of the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre dated 30.06.2016 the parties have settled the matter amicably as per the terms cited in the Mediation Agreement dated 21.03.2016 singed by both the parties and attested by the respective counsel.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. The Mediation Agreement dated 21.03.2016 shall form part of the order.
