Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to approval given by the first respondent vide approval PPD/L.O.No.21/2016 dated 18.05.2016 and quash the same and consequently forbearing the second respondent from sanctioning or approving the first respondent's approval vide PPD/L.O.No.21/2016 dated 18.05.2016, only with respect to petitioner's land situate at S.No.349, measuring 1.13 acres, S.No.356/1&2 measuring about 82 cents, S.No.345/2 measuring about 1 acre and S.No.346 measuring about 1 acre, situated at Ayapakkam Village, Ambattur, Thiruvallur District, in all measuring about 3.95 acres and consequently direct the second respondent not to act on the gift deed dated 04.03.2016, registered as document No.2925/2016, before the fourth respondent, only with respect to petitioner's land situate at S.No.349, measuring 1.13 acres, S.No.356/1&2 measuring about 82 cents, S.No.345/2 measuring about 1 acre and S.No.346 measuring https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
