COMMON ORDER When the criminal revision cases came up for hearing on 03.04.2024, there was no representation for the revision petitioner and hence was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 04.04.2024. Even today, i.e., 04.04.2024 there is no representation for the revision petitioner.
2. In view of the same, the Criminal Revision Cases are dismissed for non prosecution. The revision petitioner/accused shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, (Magisterial Level - II), Poonamallee within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order / uploading of the order, failing which, the Trial Court shall take steps to secure his presence for serving the remaining period of sentence.
