This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the application and accordingly this application is allowed.

2.The learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out the amendment in the plaint and file the amended plaint on or before 16.12.2021. A copy of the amended plaint shall also be served on the learned counsel for the defendant.
