A.No.2015 of 2024 has been filed to condone the delay of 2625 days in setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd plaintiff. A.No.2017 of 2024 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 2nd plaintiff.

A.No.2018 of 2024 has been filed to bring on record the applicants 1 to 3 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased plaintiff in the above suit and implead them as plaintiffs 3 to 5.

A.No.2019 of 2024 has been filed to condone the delay of 4893 days in setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the defendant. A.No.2020 of 2024 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 1st defendant.

A.No.2021 of 2024 has been filed to bring on record the respondents 1 to 3 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st defendant in the above suit and implead them as defendant.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing these six applications.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these applications and in view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents, these six applications are allowed.

5. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the plaint.

6. Post the suit on 24.01.2025.
