O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey the land and fix boundary stones in respect of Survey No.267/22 with an extent of 0.01.02 Hectors situated in Kurur Village, Mudiyanoor Post, Kallakurichi Taluk and District, by considering his application dated 22.04.2024.

2. The petitioner herein submitted an application on 22.04.2024 for surveying the above mentioned land and for fixation of boundary stones. The application of the petitioner has not been considered by the respondents till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents would submit that the application of the petitioner dated 22.04.2024 will be considered on its own merit by the 2nd respondent within the time fixed by this Court. 2/4

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 22.04.2024 and pass final orders on its own merit, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
