This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 15.07.2019 within a stipulated period.

Heard Mr.B.Srikrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.
The petitioner's father owned property to an extent of 72 cents, comprised in Survey Nos.1266/1 and 2, 1267, 1268, 1292/1B, 1C2 and 1301 Part, situated at Madhavaram Taluk, Thiruvallur District. Subsequently, it was sub-divided into 12 house plots in the name of "Sri Ragavendra Nagar Annex" and sold out all the house plots except 2 plots. Thereafter, his father executed a settlement deed, dated 23.06.2011 registered vide https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Document No.2251 of 2011 in favour of the petitioner in respect of the remaining 2 plots. However, the boundaries of the said 2 plots, have been wrongly mentioned in the settlement deed. 4.
Thereafter, the petitioner's father passed away on 15.08.2017.
Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation, dated 15.07.2019 to the second respondent to rectify the settlement deed. On receipt of the same, the second respondent directed the petitioner to submit a rectification deed, along with other legal heirs. However, even till today, the petitioner did not present any rectification deed. 5.
In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a rectification deed along with other legal heirs with correct boundaries in respect of the properties which were settled in favour of the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to register and release the same, if it is otherwise in order. 6.
