Assistant [English] in Krishnagiri block to quash the same to the limited extent of inclusion of name of the 3rd respondent and to issue consequential direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to promote the petitioner as B.T. Assistant [English] without prejudice to the outcome of W.P.No.19256 of 2014.

ORDER

(1)The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement in the petition/submitted a Letter dated 30.06.2022 to the Registry to that effect.

(2)Recording the said submission as well as the endorsement made / Letter dated 30.06.2022 submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
