O R D E R

(Delivered by Dr. ANITA SUMANTH.,J) The impugned order passed by the National Company Law Tribunal is dated 11.03.2022 and the present Civil Revision Petition has been instituted only on 04.07.2025. There is no whisper of any explanation for the laches in approaching this Court and we are, hence, unconvinced that there is any justifiable reason for the intervening delay of 3 years in approaching this Court.

2. The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
