[IN CRL.MP.NO.
12205/2021] (ii) consider this present petition and extend the time to furnish the sureties before the Learned Additional Mahila Court at Coimbatore by the Petitioner/Accused-2&3 imposed in CRL.OP.NO.19400 of 2021 order dated 25.10.2021 pending on the file of the Hon'ble Court. [IN CRL.MP.NO.12204/2021] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.VIMAL BOBBY CRIMSON, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR. S.BALAJI, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent and of M/S.J.
Vide order dated 25.10.2021 this Court had enlarged the petitioners on anticipatory bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking modification of the conditions and for extension of time to comply with the said conditions.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instruction, strongly opposed these petitions, as the petitioners have not complied with the conditions scrupulously.
3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could not be acceded to. Unless, the petitioners appear before the respondent Police, they may not able to complete the investigation in an effective manner.
4. In view of the above, the petition in CRL. M.P. NO. 12205 OF 2021, stands dismissed. However, the time is extended by two weeks to comply with the conditions, while grant of anticipatory bail to them and thereby the petition in CRL. M.P.
