The Writ Petition is filed, challenging the order of Suspension in Ref.No.242/A1/2014 dated 09.05.2014 and to quash the same and also for consequential direction, directing the 2nd respondent to handover the seized machines and to permit the petitioner to run the scan unit as approved and licensed in PNA.No.1448/2001 dated 24.12.2006, in the petitioner premises.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the remedy for the petitioner is to file an appeal before the appellate authority. The petitioner has already filed an appeal before the appellate authority and now, it appears that the appellate authority has also passed an order. But, till date, the order copy has not been served. 4.
