JUDGMENT

(Delivered by PARESH UPADHYAY, J.) Challenge in this appeal is made to the order dated 28.09.2021 recorded on W.P.No.20738 of 2021. This appeal is by the fourth respondent in the writ petition.

Learned advocate for the appellant has submitted that pursuant to the order which is challenged in this appeal, an order is passed by the State Authorities and thereafter nothing survives to be adjudicated so far this appeal is concerned. Therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the appeal. 3.

Permission as prayed for is granted. This writ appeal is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
