ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to complete the investigation in the case in Crime No.385 of 2012 and file final report within a stipulated time.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that in the case in Crime No.385 of 2012, final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arakkonam. Subsequently, after due trial, the accused was acquitted under Section 248(ii) Cr.P.C by order dated 04.12.2015 made in CMP.No.6478 of 2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed.
