By this application, the applicant seeks to condone the delay in filing the application to set aside the order of adjudication by the Official Liquidator.

2. The Official Liquidator has no objection to this application being allowed.

3. Upon examining the affidavit in support of the application and being satisfied that sufficient cause is made out, this application is allowed and the delay is condoned.
