O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court on 05.07.2021 in W.P.No.13795 of 2021.

2. Today when this matter was taken up for hearing, it is represented by learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent that the alleged encroachments have been removed and the water tanks in the land in S.No.147/1 have been taken over by the Respondent for the purpose of supply of water to the public.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General, nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt petition. Hence this contempt petition stands closed.
