Crl.M.P.No.11442 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.9322 of 2024 P.DHANABAL,J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9322 of 2024 dated 17.04.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the said submission, the fact that the petitioner is complying with conditions without fail and the investigation is yet to be completed, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every first day of the English Calender month for three (3) months."
