This application has been filed to implead the 6th respondent herein as the 6th defendant in the main suit and also add the above said paragraphs in the plaint and in the cause of action paragraphs and further permit the petitioner to amend the Court fees paragraphs.

2. No objection made from the other side and hence this petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to permit the applicant to carry out the necessary amendments and for filing the plaint, post on 24.11.2023.
